Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change shipping address or product color/size?
When the order status is "Pending Payment" or "Pending Shipment", you can try to modify it yourself or contact customer service for assistance. Once an order enters the "Shipped" status, it cannot be modified.
How to apply for a refund/return?
Please find the corresponding order in "My Orders", select "Apply for After-sales Service", and then fill in the reason according to your requirements and submit it. The service team will handle it within one working day.
Why does my electric knife seem underpowered or slow?
If the blade is moving slower than usual, first ensure you are using the correct voltage and that the power cord is securely connected. For cordless models, make sure the battery is fully charged. Another common reason is trying to cut through something too hard or frozen, which can strain the motor (We suggest to let the food which just taken out of the freezer be thawed for a while). Always use the appropriate blade for the task.
Can I sharpen the electric knife blades?
It is generally not recommended to sharpen serrated electric knife blades at home, as it can damage the special teeth. The blades are designed for long-term use, but if they become dull, the best practice is to replace them with official manufacturer blades to ensure performance and safety.
