Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Laudlife purchase.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any item in its original, unused, and resalable condition, with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories included.
2. Initiation & Authorization
If the package has not been opened yet, please apply for a return and refund on the website. If the package has been opened and the product has been used, please contact customer service team at support@laudlife.com to negotiate and receive a return solution.
3. Refund Process
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product (e.g., a grill that won't heat, a juicer with a faulty motor), please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
