Can I change shipping address or product color/size?
When the order status is "Pending Payment" or "Pending Shipment", you can try to modify it yourself or contact customer service for assistance. Once an order enters the "Shipped" status, it cannot be modified.
How to cancel an order?
When your order is in the "Pending Shipment" status, you can click "Cancel Order" in "My Orders" and select the reason. If the goods have been dispatched, they cannot be cancelled. You can apply for a return after receiving the goods.
Can I merge or split orders?
The system cannot merge or split your order after placing it. If you have multiple orders, we will do our best to arrange for them to be dispatched together, but they may be sent separately due to different warehouses.
How to apply for a refund/return?
Please find the corresponding order in "My Orders", select "Apply for After-sales Service", and then fill in the reason according to your reasons and submit it. The service team will handle it within one working day.

Please leave your order number and mention which item was broken or missing to the service team. We will provide you with a right solution within 24 hours.
Can the barbecue grill be connected to natural gas?
Sorry we do not recommend that you connect to natural gas because it does not provide enough heat. We recommend connecting to propane.
Can a barbecue grill only be connected to portable gas?
Yes, currently the barbecue grill could only be connected to portable gas canisters. Our store also sells the 20 lb to 1 lb converter for grills.
How to make the side burner work?/ The grill doesn't work?/The grill is unable to ignite.

Delivery Questions
Do you ship overseas?
We only ship to the United States.
How long will the delivery take?
It depends on where you are. Normally it will take 3-7 businessdays to arrive. Holidays, bad weather or other emergencies may cause delay.
The logistics information hasn't been updated for several days. What should I do?
There may be a delay at the transfer center or in their system. Please contact the courier first. If it’s not resolved, reach out to us anytime and we’ll help.
Why was my package split into multiple parts?
Your order may contain items from different warehouses or the items are too large in size and need to be dispatched separately. No additional shipping fees will be charged for separate shipments.
Can I specify the delivery time or change the delivery address?
You can contact customer service to try making modifications before shipment. After shipment, the address cannot be changed. We cannot specify an exact delivery time, but you can negotiate with the Courier when he contacts you.
What should I do if the package is lost or damaged?
Please first check the appearance of the package. If you find any damage or missing items inside after signing for the package, please contact customer service within 24 hours. We will handle it for you within 1 working day.
Without my consent, the Courier left the package at the door. What should I do?
If you find any problem with the product, please take photos immediately and contact customer service. We will verify with the delivery service and assist you in handling it.
